مع بدء اعمال مؤتمر الطاقة العالمي الثالث والعشرين في إسطنبول، لقاء بين الرئيسين التركي رجب طيب أردوغان والروسي فلاديمير بوتين يفتح مباحثات اقتصادية وسياسية لمصالح البلدين بما فيها الأوضاع السورية.
مؤتمر الطاقة العالمي بدورته الـ 23 والذي يعتبر من أهم الفعاليات الدولية، ويتم تنظيمه تحت اشراف مجلس الطاقة العالمي، ويشارك في المؤتمر أكثر من 10 آلاف خبير من 85 بلداً، من بينهم وزراء وصناع قرار وممثلي العديد من شركات الطاقة في العالم.
وقد افتتح المؤتمر بخطاب للرئيس التركي الذي أكد على أن المؤتمر يهدف لمشاركة الخبرات والمساهمة في إحلال السلام العالمي، كما أكد على أن من أولويات أهدافهم هو إيصال مصادر الطاقة إلى القارة الأفريقية بعيداً عن مطامع الاستعمار لأراضي العالم، مشيراً إلى وجود مليار وستمائة مليون إنسان موجودين في القارة الأفريقية محرومين من التيار الكهربائي ومصادر العيش الكريم ووسائل الرفاهية.
وطلب أردوغان أثناء افتتاح المؤتمر جميع الحاضرين والدول بالتعاون لإحلال السلام في سوريا والعراق وجميع دول المنطقة وإيجاد حلول جذرية، وأشار إلى ما تعانيه حلب من قصف عبر الطيران وبشكل خاص معاناة اطفالها الذين يشاهدون الحوامات والطائرات تقصفهم، كما أشار إلى معاناة أهالي الموصل وأطفالها من تنظيم الدولة (داعش) إلى جانب الضغط من القوات الشيعية.
وفي لقاء خاص بين الرئيسين التركي والروسي تم التوقيع على اتفاقيات اقتصادية مهمة لكلا البلدين، أهمها تسريع مشروع “السيل التركي” والذي يهدف إلى نقل الغاز الروسي عبر الأراضي التركية، بالإضافة إلى اتفاق لتسريع عملية بناء محطة “آكويو” الكهرذرية.
وفي ما يخص الأوضاع السورية خلال المؤتمر الصحفي قال أردوغان أنهم بحثوا الأوضاع العسكرية والإنسانية في سوريا، وقد وجهوا الأوامر للمنظمات والأجهزة المعنية التابعة لكلا البلدين لمتابعة التواصل لتحديد استراتيجيات تكفل في إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية وبشكل خاص إلى حلب.
من الجانب الروسي قال بوتين إنهم قضوا وقتاً طويلاً للبحث في المشاكل الإقليمية وعلى رأسها الوضع في سوريا، حيث تتفق كل من روسيا وتركيا على وقف نزيف الدم، وقال: موقفنا مشترك لفعل كل ما لدينا لإيصال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى حلب وحفظ أمن المساعدات وأمن وصولها، وأوضح أن الأمريكيين يرفضون خطة سحب كل من قوات النظام وقوات المعارضة من طريق الكاستيلو لتأمين طريق المساعدات، ويرى أنهم إما لا يستطيعون القيام بذلك أو هناك أسباب أخرى لرفضهم، كما أن هذه المباحثات ستستمر في الاجتماع المقبل في سويسرا.
وقال أيضاً أنه اتفق مع الرئيس التركي على مساندة مبادرة ديمستورا لإخراج المجموعات المسلحة التي لا ترغب بتسليم سلاحها من المدينة لوقف نزيف الدم.
