ليست المرة الأولى التي يتعرض فيها مكتب طلعنا عالحرية للقصف، ولا نعرف إن كان مستهدفاً بذاته مع تجمع المؤسسات المدنية المجاورة، أم أنه جزء من حرب الأسد وحلفائه على البلد وأهلها.
بين أسئلة كثيرة تتأكد من سلامة الجميع ومعنوياتهم، يمرّ سؤال بعد كل مناسبة مشابهة: (ما هو سبب القصف؟)!
لم يعد يزعجنا أننا بالنسبة لكثير من أصدقائنا الإعلاميين ونشطاء حقوق الإنسان في العالم -الغربي خاصة- جزء من الوظيفة؛ يوثقون مآسينا ويتابعونها، وهم في مكاتبهم ليقبضوا رواتبهم.
ما هو سبب القصف؟
سؤال بسيط وشائع.. وغبي!
رغم أن الإصابة مباشرة إلا أن الجميع بخير، فما عدا إصابتين خفيفتين لطفلين من الجيران، لم تنجم عن الضربة إلا أضرار مادية.
إصلاح أو تغيير الشبابيك والأبواب وكثير من قطع الأثاث، إزالة الأنقاض وتنظيف الغبار والشحار، ترقيع خزانات المياه، إعادة وصل خطوط الكهرباء والماء، إعادة ضبط الستالايت (أو جهاز الانترنت إن وجد).. غسل كل شيء من الغبار ورائحة البارود.. وغيرها، مهام روتينية اعتاد عليها كل السوريين في المناطق الخارجة عن سيطرة النظام. وطالما الخسائر في الممتلكات، فنحن -بفضل من الله- بألف خير، وعليه العوض.
ما هو سبب القصف؟
وهل هناك أي شيء في العالم يمكن أن يستدعي قصف مدرسة؟ أو مستشفى أو سوق شعبي أو جامع أو منطقة سكنية؟ أو مؤسسة تقدم الخدمات للسكان.. أو مكتب مجلّة!
ما هو سبب القصف؟
لم يعد يقتصر طارحو مثل هذا السؤال على الصحافيين الغربيين أو المغرضين.. بل من الممكن أن تسمعه من زملاء سوريين وثوريين! وأكثر من ذلك، فإنه من الشائع أن يعلّل سكان المناطق التي تتعرض لقصف مفاجئ أو غير اعتيادي من النظام، بأن الأخير (أكل قتلة) على جبهة كذا كذا، وهذا ردّه!
رهيب! يخسر النظام موقعاً بمعركة عسكرية، فيردّ بقصف مدينة (قد) يكون فيها عسكر، لكنّ فيها سكاناً ليسوا عسكراً. والأرهب أن يصل الاستلاب بالمدنيين سكان المنطقة المقصوفة إلى أن يتفهموا سبب تعرضهم للقصف وخراب بيوتهم على رؤوسهم!
لا يجعل شيوعُ قصف المدن على أهلها منه أمراً مباحاً ولا نزيهاً.. على الإطلاق. فتكرار الخطأ لا يجعله صحيحاً أو طبيعياً. وإنما يجعله خطأ كبيراً. أو خطأ شائعاً. مهما كان مرتكبه.
والقتال وإن كان لابدّ، فيكون للمقاتلين، تقاتل من يقاتل.. فقط. وليس أهله أو من يسكنون منطقته. أو حتى من يوالونه دون أن يشتركوا في القتال.

الأسوأ من السؤال أن نجد مبرراً لطرحه، ونجتهد في إيجاد جواب له.
